I received a complimentary room upgrade, a lovely surprise. breakfast was amazing with fresh options and attentive waiter service. we enjoyed dinner at both restaurants. The menus were very appealing and the presentation was top tier!!!
The increased cost of dining has become noticeable. While i understand the need for adjustments, the pricing felt a bit high. the sea bass, though well-prepared, needed a flavor boost to justify the cost.

the breakfast choice contained elegant china and cutlery. it was cooked well and served at the table promptly. the room and bed suited my needs perfectly.
I noted dark furniture in my room. Reading with bedside lights was a little difficult

Inconsistent Experience at This Hotel
inadequate water supplylack of compensation
I encountered issues . Upon arrival, the room lacked an adequate water supply for the shower. The staff did not resolve this until late in the evening. I expected some form of compensation, like a deduction on the bill, given the high price of the room, but nothing was offered. I found this unacceptable given the inconvenience.

The staff were great, breakfast was good, and service was also good. dinner was well cooked and flavoursome. the portion size was just right. I could have had other additions. service was swift and smooth.
on arrival, it was virtually impossible to park my car. the car park seemed accessible to anyone! there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. i could get room service, but it was inconvenient.
